In collaboration with the Rotary Club of Philadelphia and the Rotary Happy Hour Club, Spruce Foundation hosted a panel discussion on grassroots peacemaking where guests heard from speakers representing various constituencies across Philadelphia how citizens, institutions, and city officials can work together to have more productive relationships, to mitigate violence, and to build safer communities.
